Measuring for your mother of th ebride dress

Bust: Place tape under arm and measure around the fullest part of your bust.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline.
Hips: Measure around the widest part approximately 20cms below waistline.

We aim to dispatch all online and phone purchases within 48 hours. In busy periods please allow up to three working days. We send our parcels by Royal Mail Special Delivery – Next Day before 1pm (British Mainland only; Highlands and Isles 2 – 5 days). The postage charges are £10 per item. For overseas postal charges please contact us by phone or email.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online or phone purchase, e.g. the item does not fit etc. You may return the goods for any valid reason within 7 working days of receipt of the goods (excluding Saturday, Sundays and Bank Holidays)

Any item which is returned to us, must be in its original condition and any labels or swing tickets be intact and remain attached, not showing any signs of being worn and must not be contaminated by perfume or make-up. We highly recommend returning the item by insured post, as we are not responsible for any item missing.
