In order that our goods reach you in first class condition, all item(s) are fully inspected prior to packaging and delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied by your purchase (e.g the item(s) does not fit etc), you may return the goods, for a valid reason, and can exchange or refund your purchase from our online service. This will only be valid for a period of 14 days starting from the receipt of the goods. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
We highly recommend returning the item by insured post, as we are not responsible for any item becoming delayed, lost in transit or going missing for any reason.

Any item which is returned to us must be in its original condition. Any labels or swing tickets must be intact and remain attached, the item must not show any signs of being worn and must not be contaminated by perfume or makeup, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.
You are responsible for the return postage and package costs and we suggest that you return the item(s) using a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number and request a signature upon delivery. We will not be able to refund/replace item(s) should they fail to reach us.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. After the goods have been returned and examined by us, please allow up to 10 days for the full credited refund less postage and packaging (if applicable).
